7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unworn or unused
• With tags
• In its original packaging

Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the desired item promptly, we recommend returning the item you have and, once the return is accepted, making a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The returned item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
